The Encrypted Voting Machine System (EVMS) is a product created by the company WinterGreen Voting.  The ideas for the system were first thought up as a result of significant research into transaction process and multidimensional computing.  The security of the system is similar to the security that enables billions of dollars to cross all over the world safely.  EVMS was recently showcased at the State Election Commissioners Convention in New York, where it got rave reviews.

The principle founders of WinterGreen Voting have been working to run elections for 40 years.  They initially started to promote community development, and worked in 38 poverty areas of New York City.  The 40 years of experience in the voting business provides strategic direction and basic knowledge about what is needed in an effective voting system.  The staff has the clear ability to run elections under adverse conditions as well as in regular municipal elections.  Their experience in drafting election law, designing machines, selling machines, running elections, writing procedure manuals, and performing voter education contributes to their ability to support the new product in the field.

Susan Eustis was the primary contractor in Illinois who set up the state board of elections when it was initially formed.  She has the ability to run statewide elections, which has been part of her family's professional history.
