Audio Headset

      The headset is used to broadcast offices and names to a hearing impaired voter.  Audio instructions are given to help guide the PC mouse in order to select a candidate, deselect a candidate, move to the next candidate, move to the next office, or move to cast votes.  The mouse is a standard mouse with left click, right click, and a roller on the top.  The mouse is only used as a selection mechanism, not as a navigation tool.
