Staff Bios

Susan Eustis (CEO / President) (Founder of WinterGreen Voting and Co-Founder of WinterGreen Research)

      Ms. Eustis has been involved with the voting machine industry for over 40 years, beginning with her first professional job as a mechanical voting machine salesman.  She has personally supervised thousands of elections through an election machine service company.  She has drafted numerous state laws and penned several voting machine and election procedure manuals for many states.   She has been developing and fine-tuning ideas for EVMS for 3 years now, and is the mastermind behind its creation.  She holds original patents pertaining to electronic voting machine systems.  Ms. Eustis is a graduate of Barnard College at Columbia University.

Ellen Curtiss (COO / Director of Research Operations) (Co-Founder of WinterGreen Research)

      Ms. Curtiss has been the leader coordinating development research.  Previously she was employed by Arthur D. Little, Inc. for 23 years where she served most notably as the Vice President of Arthur D. Little Decision Resources, a division specializing in strategic planning and market development services.  Ms. Curtiss is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Boston University and is a graduate of Harvard Business Administration's Program for Management Development.

Susie Eustis (Corporate Director)

      Ms. Eustis is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and is a doctoral candidate at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Augustus Eustis (Corporate Director / Product Development Manager)

      Mr. Eustis has experience in programmable devices, which he acquired from his work as a production manager at PDI.

Andrew Schiarretta (Project Manager)

      Mr. Schiarretta has been with WinterGreen Voting since its founding.  The development and improvement of the system has been closely monitored with his careful supervision.  Mr. Schiarretta is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Gabrielle Kulin (Operations Manager)

      Ms. Kulin has obtained strong election experience by serving as an international election observer in Macedonia.  Ms. Kulin is a graduate of Drew University.

Shane Sprouls (Design Engineer)

      Mr. Sprouls has experience in programmable devices, which he acquired from his work at PDI.  He has helped WinterGreen Voting in the design and construction of the system’s selection panel and printer.
